Furniture@Work : Is furniture at works poor customer service ruining the reputation of your business?
The UK’s least liked office furniture company Furniture@Work could be affecting the reputation of your business by advertising using your companies name and there’s nothing you can do about it.
Google allow bidding on competitors name as long as the words used are not registered trademarks.
Today Safeoptions Limited raised this matter with the Advertising Standards Agency after an increasing number of customers have reported clicking PPC adverts containing the word ‘Safeoptions’ in the belief that they would be taken to the Safeoptions website, but instead they ended up the furniture@work website.
In a total of 189 reviews of the Glasgow based office furniture based companies website, only 7% of customers said that they would recommend furniture@work. Furniture at work got an average review score of just 0.7 out of 5.
